GINGER EXPORT
Ginger is sold around in large quantities all over
our Nation,( Nigeria ) either dried or fresh are
been loaded away with trailers to various
markets.This agricultural raw material has found its way
to the international market and vast use in
Abroad.This raw material is highly medicinal and is now
exposed to the developed countries. The ginger
when processed is used for items and drugs.
Beause of these versitility some small industries
have sprung up in places like Kachia and
Kafanchan close to Kubacha and are being
processed there into ginger oil, for export in
making things like ginger sweet,ginger
biscuits,ginger juice and others confectioneries
and drinks.

Raw Ginger is currently sold between #20,000 to
#40,000 per metric tonne in major markets within
Lagos.It is more cheaper when buying from the
village market, in some state outside Lagos and
Ibadan. Like The Northern part.
…PROCESSED GINGER …
The price for processed ginger varies as it
depends on point of purchase and process. It
goes for about #70,000 to #80,000, per metric
tonne.So whichever source you deem fit to get your
ginger either raw or processed ginger, you are
sure of getting over 80% profit because ginger
sells for at least $950 per metric tonne
(processed one), In the international markets.
Ginger are majorly imported to countries in
Europe,America,Canada and Morroco.
Major Countries that exports these product are
Brazil,India,China,Jamaica,Australia,Nigeria and
sierra Leon
…. BITTER KOLA EXPORT …
Making real money in export is undoubtedly a
fact. Many people want to be exporters but they
truely did not know how to go about it
successfully.
Since this product has something to do in Human
health, it will always have a good value in the
international marker and will make a good profit.

(ii) it is essential ingredents needed in food and
drinks industries.
(iii) it is also needed in pharmaceutical firms.
(iv) it serve as herbal remedies and dietary

There is Continous demand for bitter kola
(Garcinia Kola) in countries like

Countries.Here in Nigeria,most of us are yet to

HOW TO START EXPORTING BITTER KOLA
The most difficult aspect in exporting these
product is getting the Buyers in Broard,(sourcing
for Buyer). After that all aspects are mere thing.
Now relating to how you could get started. YOU
can start with a minimum of #40,000, but with #
60,000 you can start with one basket which is
about 70-72 kg from Local markets in Ondo, Osun
or the Narthern part of the country (Nigeria)
won`t cost more than #80,000 but if you go to
markets like mile 12 in Lagos you may get it for #
12,000.
….PACKAGING….
After buying it from the market the next thing is
the packaging.
...Packing is simply …You package it for
distribution.Now let me explain how, I package mine for
distribution.You will get paper wrapper that you
will wrap them in 1kg per wrapper. After this you
will get a small carton or big envelope where you
will put 7 wraps that is 7kg in each carton or
envelope.Don`t let it exceed 7kg to avoid questions at the
courier company.

Now per carton or envelope should not be more
than #5000 for each.These is just the last thing
you will do since you have finished the packaging.
For the 70-72kg (one basket) it will not cost
more than #50,000, while the wrappers wont cost
more than #2,000 and buy them from Local
markets will be about #8,000, bring the total to
about #60,000.
After sales though depending on your negotiations
with the buyer you are sure of making at least
100% profit.
